The Viking C4 grill features a 315 sq inch porcelain coated grilling surface, a centrally located thermometer, dampers for precise temperature control and includes ash tool for easy clean up. The Viking 41 inch cart features two 15,000 BTU side burners with electronic ignition and porcelain coated grates, two stainless steel 16 W x 24 D fold down side shelves, towel and utensil rod, propane tank access door, a large capacity storage drawer for shielding items from the elements and four locking casters for easy mobility and stability.
