The four high-quality WMF Profi Plus nonstick tools in this set equip a kitchen with the basics, and a chrome, wire caddy stores them handily on the counter. The tools include an 11-inch whisk with 12 weighted balls on flexible wires that move independently and reach into pan corners and bowl bottoms, significantly reducing whisking time and aerating better than a conventional whisk. The other tools are a slotted turner, a cupped-and-slotted Chinese turner that's designed for a wok or stir-fry pan, and a slotted serving spoon.
