The voltaic cell is ideal for demonstrating the characteristics of a primary cell. The clear plastic cup allows you to easily view the electro-chemical reactions taking place. Sturdy nickel plated clamps hold both round and flat electrodes. A porous cup is also included. The unit measures 95mm diameter x 120mm height. Includes plastic cup, porous cup, and 8 electrodes: one each flat aluminum, copper, brass, iron, zinc, nickel, and tin, and round carbon. Instructions provided. Electrode dimensions: 125mm x 25mm.
