When patients require nutrition through continuous feeding, intermittent feeding or feeding and flushing, KangarooTM ePump enteral feeding pump delivers in one compact, easy-to-use device. Appropriate for virtually all patients, from infant through geriatric years.Easy to use interface that walks the user through the programming process. Alarm identification system that quickly resolves any problems that may arise. Accurate Dosage Maintains delivery accuracy of +/- 10% of the volume to be delivered. Offers programmed flushing intervals, eliminating the need to manually flush tubes and sets, and allowing for hydration and nutrition-programmed delivery. Can be used immediately by plugging it into the AC power source. While plugged into the power source and during operation, the pump is constantly charging. On average, it takes 8 hours to fully charge a depleted battery. Utilizes a NiMH battery, and when fully charged and operating at 125 ml/hr this battery can sustain the pump functions for 15 hours.
