Ingredients Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil, Corn Starch, Propylene Glycol, Monoesters of Fatty Acids, Nonfat Milk, Baking Soda, Modified Corn Starch, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Salt, Distilled Monoglycerides, Dicalcium Phosphate, Corn Cereal, Corn Syrup, Dextrose, Soy Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Monoglycerides, Datem, Artificial Flavor, Aluminum Sulfate, Citric Acid, Red 40 Lake. Directions You Will Need: 1-1/4 cups water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 3 eggs. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (any type pan). Grease bottom only of 13 x 9 in. pan or bottom and sides of all other pans (use paper baking cups for cupcakes). 2. Bake cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before frosting. Bake time (in minutes): 13 x 9 in. 28-33; Two 8 in. rounds 27-32; Two 9 in. rounds 23-28; 24 Cupcakes (2/3 full) 15-20; Bundt 33-38. (Decrease bake time by 2-3 minutes if using dark or nonstick pan). High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Do not use 8 in. rounds. Stir 2 tbsp. flour into dry cake mix. If using whole eggs, bake time (in minutes): 13 x 9 in. 33-38, 9 in. rounds 28-32, Bundt 43-48. If using egg whites, bake time (in minutes): 13 x 9 in. 30-35, 9 in. rounds 25-30, Bundt 40-45, for cupcakes, use paper baking cups. Bake 17-22. Makes 30 cupcakes. Egg White Recipe: Use 3 egg whites instead of whole eggs. As prepared, one serving provides 280 calories (110 calories from fat), 12g fat (2.5 g saturated, 1.5g trans, 4.5g polyunsaturated, 3.5g monounsaturated) and 0mg cholesterol.
