Product Description
Semolina, coarse ground durum wheat flour is an essential ingredient for pasta and gnocchi, and also many bakery items and puddings. The texture is gritty and coarse, so when added to a recipe (you can substitute regular flour in most recipes) it gives it a wonderful crunchiness. Combined with milk it also makes the traditional British "Milk Pudding", utterly scrumptious.
