Product Description
This is a PCI Express 1x card that requires one free PC Express slot on the computer's motherboard. The card
use the same NEC/Renesas chipset that many manufacturers use for adding two additional USB 3.0 ports to
their motherboards.
Please note: There might be a compatiblilty issue with this card, if the motherboard that this card
will be installing into already has the NEC µPD720200 chipset built into it. This card does not come with a
low profile bracket nor the SATA power to 4 pin Molex adapter cable that is needed if a USB device requires
more power than the PCI Express slot can provide. Plugging in a 4 pin molex power connector from your
computer's power supply will allow this card to support USB devices at 5+V/900mA per port.
