The Penguin helps reduce repetitive strain injury (RSI) and carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) by enabling right and left hands to share the workload. Helps prevent static muscle strain (SMS) in the arm and shoulder. Naturally comfortable, the vertical alignment encourages a more ergonomic operating position. Ambidextrous design has a central "bow-tie" switchthat allows for easy transition between right and left handed use. The easy-glide symmetrical base allows the user to rest either hand comfortably alongside the vertical structure, encouraging the use of the bigger muscles in the fore and upper arm to maneuver the mouse. Fine cursor control is still achievable with small hand and/or finger movements. The special precision performance laser ensures accurate tracking. The adjustable 800/1200/1600 dpi settings encourage fast and precise operating movements. Includes precision scroll wheel, Plug & Play USB 2.0, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X. Available in small and standard sizes as well as wired and wireless. If the distance between top of wrist and tip of middle finger is more than 17.5 cm (approximately 6.9 inches) choose standard. If less than 17.5 cm, choose small.
