This is the ORIGINAL fragrance that was introduced by Yves Saint Laurent, Paris in 1993. The fragrance is DISCONTINUED and very hard to find. Jazz Prestige starts off citrusy, aromatic, green, and floral, with a heavy ylang-ylang head note. In the middle, it becomes an 'Oriental', with the scent of pepper and spices. You also get apples, chypre notes...then the leather. That's the genius! This is no pure chypre either. When it dries down, you'll get a pure fougere...that's right, the coumarin-oakmoss- tonka bean vibe that made Paco Rabanne and Drakkar famous...only this is much better. To make an oriental-to-chypre-to-fougere that lasts...well, this is just pure class!
