The Venta-Airwasher LW44 Plus is a highly efficient 2-in-1 humidifier and air purifier that requires no filters. The Airwasher will help to reduce chapped lips, dry skin, stuffed up noses, sore throats and dried out eyes. It also helps to protect wood furniture, wood floors and musical instruments from drying out. The most difficult air to purify is dry air as pollutants in a dry state are very light and unstable easily becoming airborne. Adding moisture to these pollutant molecules makes them heavier and start to fall where the airwasher draws them into its disks where they are removed. Only pure humidified air is evaporated into your environment. The Airwasher Plus uses only 8 watts and will never over-humidify a room therefore can be used year round, 24/7.
