1. For a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, if the BraBall® is determined to be defective, Phantastic Innovations Inc. will replace it at no charge.
2. To obtain warranty service, you must mail the original receipt with the Return Form section filled out and the BraBall® freight prepaid to the address below. If you've lost your original receipt, a printout of your emailed receipt along with a copy of the Return Form found at the link below, will suffice.
This warranty does not cover damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of, or to any part of the BraBall®. This warranty is valid only in the United States.
